Analytical and Advertising

We use third party programmes such as Google Analtyics, Google Ad Words, Meta, Good Search Console, Mailchimp, SEMRush, and WooRank to perform analyses of our site’s performance so that we can improve and where necessary tailor the onsite experience for our users.

Customer data may also be used to deliver adverts to you online and across social media networks.

Generally speaking we retain your personal data for as long as there is an ongoing working relationship. 

If you’ve opted in to receive communications from us, this will continue until either you opt out of communications or we end this line of communication.

When you make an enquiry, we will store your information for a long as it takes to confirm your project requirements. Data will be deleted from our systems after 3 years.

We take appropriate measures to keep your data secure, including:

  • We utilise Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates and other encryption technologies to encrypt the transfer of data.
