Online Wills and Probate are on a mission to disrupt the financial planning industry. They exist to support individuals with estate planning, including Wills, Trust, LPAs and Probate, by offering a user-centric, and affordable services. They primarily exist online but also have an office in Market Harborough and Cheadle.  

Online Wills and Probate approached us to help them on an long-term basis. They wanted to increase their online visibility, devise and implement effective digital marketing strategies to support business growth.

01. Website Optimisation

When we reviewed the Online Probate website, it became clear that while traffic was steady, the site wasn’t fully converting visitors into enquiries. We focused on optimising the user journey, ensuring every page communicated the key messages clearly and consistently. By crafting engaging, persuasive copy and improving calls-to-action, we made it easier for visitors to understand the value of the service and take the next step. The result was a significant uplift in enquiries, turning more visitors into real, actionable leads.

As a predominantly online business, maintaining a strong online presence is central to Online Probate’s ongoing strategy. Following a thorough site analysis, we implemented a series of targeted SEO strategies designed to support sustained business growth. Equally important has been the development of dynamic, user-focused online tools. We’ve created interactive features that help visitors determine whether they need probate and identify the most suitable type of will. In addition, we are in the process of developing bespoke applications that will allow clients to manage their probate applications and draft their own wills online, further enhancing accessibility and customer convenience.

To achieve this, we developed a comprehensive content strategy and produced a series of in-depth guides and blog articles, all carefully aligned with current legislation. By combining practical advice with accessible, client-focused writing, these resources help reinforce Online Probate’s reputation as an authoritative yet approachable service that puts customers first.

To help our client take control of their own marketing, we provided them with the tools and knowledge to work more confidently. This included practical tips and guidance to improve their social media presence and streamline posting, as well as a simple customer review template they could email to clients to continue generating valuable feedback. We also set up an email marketing account and connected it to the website forms, enabling them to start building an active mailing list. Alongside this, we continue to offer ongoing support to ensure their marketing efforts remain effective and sustainable.
